  • What is the return policy?
    There are no returns or exchanges on customized items. Exchanges are at the discretion of the business due to the custom nature of items.
  • Can I recieve a refund?
    Refunds are given in the form of in store credit and can be used towards future purchases.
  • How do I make changes in an order I already placed?
    To make changes to an order you already placed please contact us via phone at 260-724-4070 or via email at sales@bearsdenembroidery.com Changes can be made up to 24 hours after order is placed.
  • When will I recieve my order?
    Please expect 5-7 buisness days for shipping after order is fufilled.
  • What do I do if I never recieve my order?
    Please contact us via phone at 260-724-4070 or email at sales@bearsdenembroidery.com if you never receive your order.
  • What do I do if I recieve a defective order?

  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 237 N 2nd Street in Decatur, IN. We are right off the intersection of Jackson and 2nd Street, across from the Wood Door Salon and diagonal from The Wet Spot Bar.
  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
    We get all garments from wholesalers located in the United States. All embroidery and printing is done in house by our employees.
